What lesson did you learn in Hankuk Academy Foreign Studies?

‘Think first before you act’ is the lesson I learned through my high school life. As days go by infinitely, repeating the same routine, I usually tend to get used to my daily life and don’t care much on my livings. Sometimes, I overlook the value of life or precious moment I am spending right now. So, I realized that thinking first before you take an action is really an effective way to live happier and wiser.

What are some thoughts about you going to a university in Japan?

“Just like any other students, I am preparing for SAT and TOEFL and managing my GPA. Just because I am planning to go to university in Japan, I am not doing anything special. I am looking forward to attend Japanese university, because I love to travel to diverse places. I would like to know how it is like to live in Japan. Also, I want to know how life in Japan differs from life in US. Some factors that motivated me to choose Japanese university are that I want to attend foreign university and that I just like Japan.”

Which school club most intrigues you? What else do you want to try for club activities?

I have participated in the club named Espirit which is the group of people who interested in science, specifically biology. The purpose of the club is to learn scientific knowledge by conducting new experiment. I always feel satisfied after the result of the experiment became obvious. Also, if I had a chance, I would like to be engaged in robotic club.

How did you spend summer before senior year?

I signed up for a one-week long camp that's supposed to help you get your college apps done. I also took my last SAT in August. I had a ton of summer assignments too, but it's important to remember my friends. So nothing much, very typical.
